Suzhou Hotel  

The Suzhou Hotel is situated in the eastern corner of Suzhou. It is the city's biggest 4-star international tourist hotel equipped with modern facilities and classical Suzhou-style gardens. It lies just east of the famous Grand Canal. To the west it neighbors one of the four most famous gardens in China - Garden of the Master of the Nets.

The Suzhou Hotel lies on the tourist, shopping, entertainment and cultural thoroughfare of Shi Quan's Arts and Crafts Street. The unique atmosphere of this street envelops Suzhou Hotel in the classical ambience of flowing water, stone bridges and charming street life.

The hotel grounds cover an area of 60,000sqms. The spacious lawn, peaceful pond, rookeries, and lush green trees, provide guests with an exceptionally rich natural environment.

The hotel consists of two major buildings, one nine stories, and the other seven. It has a total of 350 rooms: Single rooms, standard rooms, deluxe suites, presidential suites and special rooms for the handicapped. All rooms are equipped with IDD, Hi-Fi radio, in-house movies, satellite TV, mini-bar and hair dryer.

The Suzhou Hotel offers six restaurants and ten banquet halls in different styles, serving Chinese and Western dishes, and offering Suzhou, Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, buffet dining and facilities for cocktail parties.
