Day 1.(Arrival in Shanghai)
Met and transferred to the hotel. Freshen up at the hotel after check-in for the remains of the day.

Day 2.(Shanghai)
After breakfast, visits to Yu Yuan Garden and Jade Buddha Temple.
Afternoon, visit the Shanghai Museum.

Day 3.(Shanghai) (including a day trip to Suzhou)
One day excursion tour to Suzhou.
Visit Tiger Hill and Garden of Harmony.
Back to Shanghai in the evening.

Day 4.(Shanghai-Chengdu)
After breakfast, take a stroll along the "Bund" by the waterfront. And then you are transferred to the airport for a 2-hour flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival, check in the Hotel. Afternoon excursion to Dujiangyan Ancient Dam, a famous irrigation project.

Day 5.(Chengdu)
After breakfast, a full day excursion to the Sanxingdui Museum and the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. In the evening, experience a traditional ancient teahouse with local opera entertainment.

Day 6.(Chengdu-Lhasa) by air
After breakfast you are transferred by coach to chengdu Airport for a 2-hour flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival, met and transferred to hotel. Freshen up and adjust yourself to the high plateau altitudes for the rest of the day.

Day 7.(Lhasa)
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning visit to the Potala Palace.
Lunch at hotel.
Afternoon visit to the Drepung Monastery and Norbulingka Park.
Dinner and watch the Tibet culture dance show.

Day 8.(Lhasa)
After breakfast a visit to Jokhang Temple.
Afternoon visit to Sera Monastery. Take a stroll about the Barkhor Street and do shopping.

Day 9.(On the Train to Xining)
The train runs to Yangpachen and Damshung, a terrestrial heating spot, climbing over to Nakchu Lake. The train runs across Amdo and Qiangtang, a small town. The train continues its way over Mount Tanggula, passing Yanshiping, the place for wild geese to rest.

Day 10.(Arrive at Xining)
Upon arrival, met and transferred to hotel. City tour including a visit to Dongguan Moslem Temple and Provincial Museum. Local cultural show at night.

Day 11.(Xining-Beijng) by air
Breakfast at hotel.
Excursion tour to Kimblum Lamasery in the morning with lunch en route.
Afternoon, you are transferred to the airport for a 2-hour flight to Beijing.
Met and transferred to hotel.

Day 12.(Beijing)
Breakfast at hotel.
Visit the Great Wall and Changling of Ming Tombs.
Beijing Duck dinner and cultural show.

Day 13.(Beijing)
Breakfast at hotel.
Visit Tian'anmen Square and Forbidden City in the morning.
Afternoon excursion to the Summer Palace.

Day 14.(Depart Beijing)
Departure transfer to Beijing Airport for homeward flight.
