Major Commercial Areas & Shops in Shanghai:

Shanghai is the most famous place shopping in China. There are department stores, shopping centers, hundred year old shops, shops for special commodities and super-markets row upon row with each showing its own domain. The famous, special and superb commodities from home and abroad are a feast for eyes with everything that one could wish for. Generally shops in Shanghai open at 10:00 in the morning and close at 10:00 in the evening.

Shanghai Commercial Centers:
Nanjing Road: - Huangpu District and Jingan District
It is renowned as "No.1 Street of China Jingan District Commerce", which has hundred odd old shops of China with different specialties of food and wearing apparel. "Commerce King", i.e. Shanghai No.1 Department Store is a must for tourists.

Huahai Road: - Luwan District and Xuhui District
