②20g. each of root of beech silvertop (Sha Shen) and solomonseal rhizome (Yu Zhu); 8 red dates.

[Seasoning]

(A) Proper salt.

[Methods]

①Clean and rinse pig's heart; blanch in boiling water. Rinse herbage; soak red dates.

②Put water and all the ingredients in pot to cook. After boiling, turn to low heat to stew for 1 hour. Add salt in.
