Located in Putao Township, Yangshuo County, Cuiping Village commands a fine view of fields and hills. This is another superb spot to photograph Yangshuo’s rural scenery.

How to get there
To photographers' regret, there is no easy access to Cuiping Village. Reach Putao first by bus from either Guilin or Yangshuo and then hire a three-wheel taxi to get you there. For those on self-drive trips, head westward from Putao for 1.4 km. At the crossing in the old town, turns left and continue straight for approximately 4.2 km to a primary school. Park your car at the shop by the entrance to Cuiping Village. Ask the shop owner to get you a porter who will carry your equipment uphill to the shooting position. The charge is about 30 yuan per person.

For Your Information
There are hardly any trails to the shooting position in the mountain. Take care when exploring your own way. Make sure to take enough drinking water and a torch in case you will have to go down the mountain in dark.
