Located in the old quarter and with a history of more than 1500 years, West Street is the oldest street in the Town of Yangshuo. Buildings along the street carry distinctive architectural style of Northern Guangxi. The many bars, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and hotels are designed and decorated in unique ways, with signs in both Chinese and foreign languages. No visit o Yangshuo is complete without a stroll on West Street. For dozens of international marriages in the street and yearlong streams of backpackers from abroad, West Street is also called "Foreigners Street". How to get there
West Street is just a few minutes away by walk from the bus station of Yangshuo. This is a pedestrian street. Motor vehicles are not allowed for access. If driving, park your car before entering the street. Yangshuo is conveniently connected to Guilin by bus service Express bus fare: 13 yuan; Local bus fare: 10 yuan.
