Bajiao stockaded village is also called Yutai mountain, which is located Datuo hamlet of Meixi village in the northeast of Ziyuan country. The altitude of the prominent peak is 814m.The name Yuntai is comes of the cloud around the mountain, and its peak has eight corners ,so we called eight corner stockaded village.
Yuntai mountain 's corner has dangerous, towering, majesty, wonderful, beautiful, and natural characteristic, one of which is called "Longtouxiang" and it is suspending in the air ,it looks like a dragon who wants to fly. Eight corner stockaded village is scenery section of the danxia physiognomy. which is infrequent in Wuyi mountain of Fujian , Daxia mountain of Guangzhou,ziyuan of Guangxi in China. Only the Bajiao stockaded village's is representative, distributing is concentrated, especially the characteristic, therefore the experts call “Soul of Danxia”.
Looking into the distance from the top of bajiao mountain, the surrounding mountain has their own guise, they seem like billow, also like moving dragon, galloping horses, and a large number of labyrinths. The valley has unusual depth, which is unpredictable quantity, There also has the mountain stream, and many birds in the mountain bottom, their sound is very serene and beautiful, and there are some countries far away.

During opening Song dynastry, the Tiankong temple was built , where has many clergies, and tourists. Lately, the local people found a new place called "Xiangling hut"which is located near Bajiao village and add a good place to play.
